
SURVEY ON BREAD CONSUMPTION BY THE SOUTH TYROLEAN POPULATION
INFORMATION PROVIDED PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679 (GDPR)
Dear Madam, Dear Sir, The South Tyrol Healthcare Authority, the data controller, through the Company Service for Food Hygiene and Nutrition, has launched a project aimed at understanding local eating habits regarding bread consumption and acquiring important information for the health of citizens, such as, for example, estimating the amount of salt ingested by the South Tyrolean population through this food, all in order to plan specific information campaigns and prevention actions. In this regard, citizens interested in contributing to the initiative can participate in the project by scanning the QR code available on leaflets and flyers made available online on our homepage or on the various social media channels of the Company, as well as at the various South Tyrolean bakeries, which allows access, after giving consent to the processing of data, to a specific questionnaire hosted on a "Lime Survey" platform. Interested parties will not be asked for directly identifying data and information relating to Internet browsing (such as IP, date and time of completion) will not be stored.
DATA CONTROLLER is the South Tyrol Healthcare Authority with registered office in Bolzano, via T.A. Edison 10/D.
DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
As required by Article 37 GDPR, the Healthcare Authority has identified the Data Protection Officer who, together with the Privacy Contact Person, constitutes the Privacy Steering Committee, contactable via E-mail privacy@sabes.it.
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The processing of data provided through the questionnaire is carried out to acquire information useful for launching campaigns and prevention actions useful for improving the health of the South Tyrolean population.
LEGAL BASIS
The legal basis that confers lawfulness to the processing of personal data is consent, which may be revoked at any time. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given before the revocation. Failure to provide personal data will not allow you to participate in the project described above.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
The processing of personal data is carried out electronically, in compliance with the appropriate technical and organizational security measures referred to in Article 32 of the GDPR by subjects specifically authorized to process, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 28 and 29 of the GDPR. The data being processed will be aggregated and reprocessed at a statistical level and may be published only in this form.
PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA OR CRITERIA USED TO DETERMINE THIS PERIOD
The personal data being processed will be stored by the data controller for a period of two years from the conclusion of the project (12/31/25), and then subsequently deleted.
RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED
The data relating to this project will be processed by the aforementioned Healthcare Authority service and will never be disseminated or communicated unless required by a regulation, or at your explicit request.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS If the interested party believes that their data is processed in a manner not compliant with current legislation, they can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisory Authority or appeal to the Judicial Authority, pursuant to Article 140 bis of Legislative Decree 196/03. The interested party may also contact the Privacy Steering Committee, contactable at the e-mail address privacy@sabes.it or the data controller to exercise the right to access personal data, or obtain rectification or integration and, in cases established by law, the limitation, cancellation or opposition to the processing (articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR).
